What is your return policy for leather hides?
We accept returns on uncut, unaltered leather hides within 30 days of purchase. Please note that as leather is a natural product, minor natural markings are expected and not considered defects.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing and Business Advantage accounts for professional crafters and manufacturers. Please contact our support team with your tax ID to apply for a wholesale account.
Can I track my order after it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
